We
all know that Nutrition Month is celebrated every month of July. Every year
there are different themes but it all aims to promote a healthy life. This year
we all celebrating the 45th Nutrition Month Celebration with a theme
“Kumain ng wasto at maging aktibo, Push natin to!”
Eating healthy foods is a good thing
but is it enough to have a healthy life? Well if I would answer that question I
would say no. Eating healthy foods is not enough to have a healthy life, we
also need to do some exercises and sports. Doing these things will make us
healthy and at the same time it will make us physically fit.
Many of us loves to eat but
sometimes we don’t remember our limitations. Eating too much is not bad as long
as we do exercises to burn the calories in our body. If there are people who
loves to eat there are also people who skip their meal which is not a good
thing for it may lead to ulcer or complication in our stomach. We should always
eat our meals especially breakfast as we all know that breakfast is the most
important meal of the day. Eating too much nor skipping meals is not good.
Eating properly will make our life healthy.
We also need to be active in doing
exercises and sports. Being active in physical activities will reduce the risk
to have cardiovascular diseases. When we are doing physical activities we are
burning the excess calories in our body which is good for us. Do physical
activities actively so that you will not die early
